OPH: Update

Obviously, I fell of the track, gave the dog another bone, let the monkey on my back, etc, etc, etc. I caught a glimpse of myself in a car door, or perhaps a mirror, and was horrified. Is this what bloated looks like? Or, have I gotten "bulgy". I feared the worse. I do have an excuse, sort of... I was off saving the world and opening the eco chic boutique, Green.

I am happy to report that I am back on board with Operation Hot Bod.

Not only have I begrudgingly avoided the cafe next door and their intoxicating paninis, but I have bought myself a yoga membership (membership, ie. 2 month commitment minimum).

Yes, this week I have not only gone to yoga and to the conventional gym, but have woken up at 6 am to do so. Shabamzys.

Operation Hot Bod

Have you seen those hot bod commercials? You know, "Hot Bod... Nice B-o-o-o-d... I want your bod." Well, I am into that in a major way.

Hi, my name is Stephy Pool and I am on a mission to get my bod as hot as possible. This little online journal will track my exercise and food intake so that I can hold myself accountable. Now only if I could count, right? Wrong. That isn't what that word means.

To be fair, I have a decently hot bod, but this bod could be better and knowing that keeps me awake at night. Plus, I live in LA and "pretty hot" doesn't exactly cut it.
