OPH: Day 3 (3/26/08)

Exercise:

90 minutes of Yoga - calories burned 550 (+) It was really tough
1 miles of walking - calories burned 70
Various lifting etc - calories burned 130
90 minutes Salsa - calories burned 200


Total Calories Burned: 950


Food Intake:

Banana - calories 30
Cappucino - calories 100
Tofu / veggies enchilada meal - 500
Can of peas - 180
Can of lentils - 300

Total Caloric Intake: 1110



Total Damage: 160

I'm not sure if this post worries me or comforts me. I've made many posts similar to this one which leads me to believe one of two things. Either I'm a damn sissy pants (the use of this phrase may actually reinforce this point) for worrying so damn much, or that I'm just normal dude looking out for my backside and waist line. And nah, I ain't gay.
